Lance is an Electrical Contractor for Tū Mai Rā Energy and has been a part of the team since 2020.

Lance is a Qualified Electrical Engineer with over 20 years experience as a Heavy Industrial Electrician. Lance previously worked at the Port of Tauranga (POT) starting as an Electrical Apprentice and working his way to become the Electrical Foreman. Lance was exposed to a wide range of highly complex electrical work on his way to becoming the head electrician at the POT.

Lance is a highly motivated worker, with high initiative and thrives in a team environment. He particularly enjoys working alongside people who are open to working on innovative projects using new technologies.

Lance has a passion for communities suffering from energy hardship. Working for Tū Mai Rā Energy has enabled Lance to utilise his considerable expertise to transform communities through renewable energy.
