With 14 years of retail management experience at Kathmandu and in the Foodstuffs industry, Chea has demonstrated exceptional skill in managing teams and overseeing day-to-day operations. Her leadership has led to significant achievements, including surpassing sales targets, meeting KPIs, and fostering team development. These efforts culminated in her stores being recognised as NZ Store of the Year in 2022 and Regional Store of the Year in 2023.

Chea is a highly motivated and ambitious self-starter who excels in taking on challenges. Her strategic thinking and ability to inspire her team have been key drivers of her success. She thrives in dynamic environments, always seeking innovative ways to improve performance and achieve goals.

A proud Māori, Chea was born in Taupo, raised in Rotorua, and now lives in Tauranga Moana. Her cultural heritage deeply influences her approach to leadership and community involvement. In her free time, Chea enjoys spending time with her whanau, engaging in outdoor activities, walking on the beach, and listening to music.
