Teariki whakapapa to the island of Tongareva in the Cook Islands and Tahiti. Born and raised in Hamilton but now calls Tauranga home with his wife and two children who whakapapa to Matapihi and Matakana Island.

Teariki is a qualified Electrician with experience in commercial, industrial and residential. Teariki has also worked in a range of different industries such as:
